Once my mortgage pre-approval came through, she booked 8 viewings back to back the next day, and had a lot of valuable information to share during the viewings. It felt like she was on our side the whole time, seeming to really care about helping us make the right decision, sharing expertise and insider tips with us. Once we put an offer in (and had it accepted same day), she put in a lot of legwork to get all the inspections and quotes organized, I think she had over 10 different companies come out to check out the property or give us quotes for pieces of work, all within a week. This was invaluable in giving us leverage to negotiate with the seller, as there was termite damage under the house so she helped us get a 10% reduction in the asking price which we were able to immediately put towards getting that repaired. The video she had created for buyers to view was incredible and we had 4 offers over asking price, one was sight unseen. She walked us through the offers so we could select the best option and had back up offers as well. I would highly recommend Lauren as your next realtor.

This was such a big deal for us as we have been working hard to find a piece of property to invest in and there is NO ONE we would rather have by our side than Lauren. She was an advocate for us the entire time, answered all of our questions and if she didn't know the answer, she found it! One thing I absolutely loved was her genuine joy for us through the process, closing and even afterwards when we opened our campground on the property. Buying a home was somewhat stressful, but man, selling is a whole ‘nother bag, and yet we didn’t hit any major hiccups because Lauren seemed to anticipate everything. When we first spoke about initial listing prices and tactics, Lauren laid out the entire process with a good yet not overwhelming amount of detail. When we got to each step, and each big decision along the way, Lauren gave us a tremendous amount of insight to make the decision much easier, yet still our own. From listing prices, to staging, to negotiating/leveraging certain parts of offers, we had constant guidance and help. With being a two income household with nobody working from home, I really would have expected to need to take more time off of work, or at least take long lunches to get things done, but Lauren went above and beyond to take a lot off our plate, and she did it all around our availability (or lack thereof). We trusted her fully in our home when we couldn’t be there, and she was an all-around fantastic steward of our home, our time, and our finances.

As first-time home buyers, Lauren was extremely helpful in answering all of the many questions we had! She was always readily available to show houses when we needed too! She shared great tips on how we could decorate the house at each house we looked at! Once we finally found the house we were wanting to buy, she was able to negotiate for us and we got all of the stuff we asked for! We had some setbacks on getting a closing date with the builder and she helped communicated to us throughout the whole time of what was going on!
